If you live in Europe you may well find bookshops which deal with Gardners Books or Bertrams in the UK. Simply place your order there. Copies of titles for which we have the rights to sell in the United States and Canada can be ordered from any bookshop that buys from from the wholesalers Baker & Taylor or Barnes & Noble or Ingram Book Company.
